This one day course will provide an introduction to hazardous materials for personnel who are not directly involved in hazardous material site activities.
40 Hour Hazardous Waste Site Worker:

This course is required training under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 for individuals performing hazardous waste site activities, clean-up operations and having emergency response duties. Nearly 45% of the class time is devoted to hands-on site simulations, demonstrations and exercises. Course topics include personel protective equipment, toxicology, hazard recognition & identification, work practices, use of SCBAs, testing & monitoring procedures and site safety plans.

Hazardous Waste Site Supervisor:

This course is designed for those who have completed the 40-hour Hazardous Waste Site Worker course and will be supervising hazardous waste operations.
24 Hour Emergency Response:
24 hour course

This course meets the required training for hazardous materials technician/specialist under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120. Topics include hazard recognition, spill and leak control, personal protective equipment, and use of SCBA's and extensive hands-on exercises.
