OSHA Lead Awareness for Construction: 4 hour course (grps only)
Designed as a four hour course on the identification of lead-based paint, health effects from lead exposure, personal protective equipment and regulations. Call to Schedule.

Lead Paint Abatement Worker: 24 hour course ($525.00)
This three day course is designed to cover the basics for the control and removal of lead-based paint. Topics include identification, personal protection, setup, abatement procedures, exposure monitoring, and disposal. Includes extensive hands-on activities and demonstrations.

Lead Paint Abatement Supervisor: 32 hour course ($695.00)
This four day course focuses on removal and encapsulation of lead-based paint. The class conforms to the guidelines established by HUD and includes topics such as legal issues, supervisory techniques, air monitoring, and record keeping as well as topics covered in the worker course. Includes extensive hands-on activities and demonstrations.

Any contractor who disturbs lead paint while working in a pre-1978 home, school or day care center, must be lead safe certified. This 8 hour course includes lead safe work practices, dust control and cleaning verification.
