This two-day course is designed for individuals that assist licensed lead inspectors in conducting risk assessments and identifying the presence of lead hazards in residential settings.
Topics covered: responsibilities of the Risk Assessor, evaluation and assessment procedures, owner/occupant relations and hazard reduction plans. Prerequisite for licensure: Lead Inspector.
